The Andean Path Foundation Class offered in person and online.

- WIth the audios you be able to go out in nature and practice simple ancient techniques to absorb nature energy and use it for positive change and well being.

CLASS DESCRIPTION AND WHAT YOU RECEIVE:
We know how to feed our physical body and eliminate waste, but do we know how to feed our energy body and eliminate waste? This class is from an ancient nature based system of studying and working with the living energy within us and around us to facilitate harmony, good health, empowerment, and spiritual evolution for all. The Andean path comes from the Q'ero tribe who live high in the Andes Mountains in Peru. Their language is called Quechua. For thousands of years the Q'ero people have believed that everything in the Universe is connected in a web or network of living energy that we can interact with to make positive changes. This living energy is around us and within us.
Studying the ways of nature and learning how to work with the forces of Earth, Air, Fire, Water & Cosmos is one of the keys to the art of moving or transmuting the world of living energy. We can learn to change the effects of a situation to become more harmonious. We develop more personal power. We become "seers" with the ability to navigate through life, to direct, move, or transmute our own energy and the energy around us, as well as facilitating positive changes and healing for others. This has all recently been proven by Quantum Physics, which is just now catching up to what the Andeans and other ancient cultures already knew.
How does this practice build personal power? By practicing the techniques and seeing results. The more we practice the techniques of clearing energy, the more we see with our two eyes in the physical world, as well as seeing more with our third eye in the world of living energy. With this clearer vision we can therefore make better choices to navigate through life which produces more results. The more results we experience, the more confidence we have in ourselves to get positive results. If we keep practicing and creating positive results and experiences, at some point we will become aware that we have the personal power to make things happen, and we develop the knowing that we can transmute our energy instead of feeling powerless.
Personal power is about having the power to create positive results in life and knowing how to do it, and that we can do it. If we don't have personal power life can be more of a struggle because we don't have the power to create what we need or want, so we need personal power in order to create what some people call "miracles." Really, they are not miracles. It's just a matter of understanding and working with the Laws of Nature.
You will be initiated into the lineage of the ancient Andean Path as a "Paqo" ("Paqo" is a Quechua word for one who practices the Andean Healing Arts). Once initiated and light body activated, you will become more empowered and the ancient ancestors, nature beings, and living Paqos on this path will also give you support.
There are three sides to the Andean Path that we will be studying:
The Right Hand Side - Pana (in Quechua language): Through Pana, the right hand side of the path, we learn to perceive energy between our edge of our bubble (energy field) and the outer world we live in. We will learn and practice several techniques to heighten our perception and awareness so we can direct living energy to create harmony between our bubble and the outside world.

The Middle Path - Chaupi: This is where the left side of the path and the right side of the path meet. This is the study of the living energy between the edge of our bubble (energy field) and the physical body.
Topics to be discussed:
- Nature Mom & Dad - and Guiding Star - all of whom are guides for our entire life that we can call upon
- 7 Levels of Human Consciousness Development - learn what they are and how to move through them with the aid of a spirit helper for each level
- Techniques to tune and upgrade our energy to higher love/light frequencies
- We will connect our internal energetic pathways with our energetic perceptual organs
- Yanantin & Masintin - (opposites & similars) learn how to maintain harmony between the two opposing energies of the Universe and how to recognize and maintain similars.
- Guided imagery to gain understanding of the energy at the time of our birth and death in order to clear any discordant energy that might be connected with them.
- Initiation to connect the internal energetic pathways.
- Light Activation.
The Left Hand Side - Llok'e: This is the study of the flow of living energy inside the physical body and techniques to direct it.
Topics to be discussed:
- Andean Prophecy - According to the Inka Prophecy, humanity is currently in transition from one level of consciousness to a higher one. This course provides complete training in moving to these heightened states of perception (which are called The Seven Levels of Human Consciousness Development) to help bring in the new era and become a new kind of human.
- Align, create, and manifest your own reality and healing. Learn the ultimate act of personal power (the power to act and manifest in your life), using spirit guides who support you with their qualities to enhance your power to see, speak, feel, move and act authentically.
- Choose and deepen your relationship with your spirit guides who assist you in developing personal power to act powerfully in different areas of your life.
- Strengthen your seven powers, culminating with the force of the Amaru, the most basic power of the earth.
- Initiation into the Llok'e
- Full Initiation into the Andean Path ancient lineage
- Transmission of the lineage into the 4th level
What is shamanism?
For the purpose of understanding I will use the word "shamanism." However, this path can be called mystic, medicine path, or the path of the magician, or mage. Shamanism is an ancient nature-based way of living in reciprocity with all that is, that has been handed down from our ancestors. It doesn't matter what country your ancestors were from, rest assured that shamanism existed among them. The practice of shamanism can promote more awareness, wellness, sovereignty, healing, wisdom, & more self-empowerment for the practitioner and for the community.
The ancient shamans believed that everything in the Universe is connected as a web or network of living energy. Since Ancient times there have always been Shamans in every culture and even today Shamans exist. They are the women & men of spiritual knowledge in their community who partner with nature and dedicate their lives to healing themselves & others.
Some shamans can travel into non-ordinary reality and see into the spirit world. They can see energy configurations and the spiritual blueprint of things that are in the material world. They have spirit helpers in the spirit world. When help is needed in the community, the Shaman is called upon. Perhaps to administer an herbal tonic or to tell the person what he or she sees about their illness or situation.
According to the Q'ero tribe in Peru the three most important jobs a P'aqo (one who practices the Andean healing arts) is 1) Living in reciprocity with all that is. 2) removing hucha (heavy energy) and 3) "driving the Kawsay Pacha," or rather, moving the world of living energy with your intention by learning how to work in partnership with the nature beings of Earth, Fire Air, Water & Cosmos.
A true Shaman works with their intuition & through their heart. They absorb and channel the beings of nature and are partners with these beings when doing healing work. To have a healthy, happy life a person must have power. If they don't have power it can be a struggle to heal and make things happen. By practicing shamanism the practitioner builds confidence and receives power from the nature beings which builds in their body. With the help of one's newly found confidence and the help of the nature beings, one can gain sovereignty & personal power to heal themselves, and to create what they want in their lives. Then they teach others how to do the same. When we all work on our evolution and self-mastery, we are contributing to the evolution of humanity to finally make that leap into a higher conciousness as has been prophesied.

As a child Angela spent time in nature looking for leprechauns, little people, and four leaf clovers. She would feel the wind on her cheeks and the sun warming her body. She would look up at the clouds and the stars, and wonder about the meaning of our existence.
As a teenager and young adult Angela developed many interests, seeking knowledge about our human existence and how to survive this world and live a beautiful life. From a very young age Angela Hart has been deeply immersed in studying the voices of the Ancient Ones, the living universe, nature, health, and healing techniques. Angela has worked for several decades as a massage therapist, shamanic teacher/practitioner, reiki practitioner, certified yoga instructor, drum Maker, and mystical nature guide to places of high frequency around the world,
In the year 2000 Angela was initiated into the Q'ero lineage as a 4th Level “Paqo” By Andean Teacher Elizabeth Jenkins. The Q'ero are an indigenous tribe who live in the Andes Mountains of Peru and their language is Quechua. Paqo is a Quechua word for "one who practices the Andean healing arts." Twenty years later Angela completed the teachers training of the Andean Path with Elizabeth Jenkins and is authorized to teach it.
In 2003 Angela completed her ministerial studies at Alliance of Divine Love and was ordained. Prior to this Angela studied the priesthood of the Ancient Essenes and lived the Ancient Essenes life style.
In recent years Angela has completed the Andean Path foundation course with Joan Wilcox and was initiated by this teacher as well. Currently, Angela has remained with Joan Wilcox as her primary teacher and has continued advanced studies of the Andean Path with Joan.
Peruvian Paqo Juan Nunez del Prado is the teacher of Angela's two teachers and comes from a long lineage of teachers from the Andean path of Peru. Angela was fortunate to attend a weekend class with Juan and his teachings.
To further Angela's knowledge she studied North American Shamanism and has taken classes with Sandra Ingerman and Dana Robinson of the Michael Harner tradition (author of "The Way of the Shaman). She continues to follow Sandra and Dana's teachings.
She spent personal time with Lakota Chief Golden Light Eagle, Grandmother Silverstar, Grandmother Morning Star, and other indigenous Elders to learn their indigenous ways and to share the teachings with the people.

Shamanic Journey Class

Class Description: PLEASE CONTACT EMAIL ME HERE AT 3hummingbirdsgifts@gmail.com. This beginner class defines and explores the path of shamanism and what it is. This class is based on the Michael Harner teachings from my teacher Sandra Ingerman. Two basic steps will be taught in this beginner class, shamanic journeying and finding your power animal. These two steps are necessary before moving on to more advanced classes. The more advanced classes will be taught in the Q'ero lineage from Peru. In this basic shamanic journey class you will be journeying for yourself as well as others to obtain guidance from the spirit world. We will learn how to travel in non-ordinary reality to the Lower World, the Middle World & the Upper World. There will be group discussion regarding our journeys. I have found that when I learned how to do shamanic journeys in the North American tradition it really empowered & enhanced my abilities in the South American tradition. The two go together very well. This is where the Prophesy of the Eagle & the Condor meet in my life (referring the prophecy when North America meets South America).

The medicine wheel has been used in ancient cultures on all continents to understand one’s journey through life. In this class we will discuss what the medicine wheel is and how it can be used. We will make a medicine wheel in class and see what experiences come from using it. You will learn how to make a medicine wheel for your property, business, altar, or wherever you feel it is needed. Please dress comfortably. Bring pen, notebook, water, snacks, towel or yoga mat for sitting on the ground (or you can use a chair which we provide).
