Over thirty years ago Angela Hart began her career as a Massage Therapist and Wellness Coach after completing her courses and graduating from the Tennessee Institute of Healing Arts.  As a teenager and young adult Angela developed many interests, seeking knowledge about our human existence and how to survive this world and live a beautiful life.  From a very young age Angela Hart has been deeply immersed in studying ancient wisdom, i.e., the living universe, nature, health, and healing techniques. Angela has worked as a shamanic teacher/practitioner, certified yoga instructor, drum Maker, ordained minister, and mystical nature guide to places of high frequency,

Angela's massage specialties include stress reduction, neck and back injuries, sports injuries detox, chronic and acute pain reduction, emotional issues held in the body.  She also counsels in wellness, diet and lifestyle.  Angela is certified in Deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, neuromuscular trigger point therapy, acupressure, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, sports massage, myofascial release, reiki, and swedish massage. She is current with her continuing education and her strong points are relieving chronic and acute pain and helping people with physical & emotional stress that is held in the body.  She offers reiki and shamanic energy sessions to assist with energetic health and emotional issues.  Angela always looks forward to meeting new clients and helping them with their wellness goals.
